Outstanding meals, overall everything was first-class.

Our great-sized room had a big window, fresh tea, and coffee. The location was good, only 5 minutes walk to Cleethorpes Pier Gardens.

Its location easy to find on the sea front was comfortable.

The venue was in a central location so close to BY FOOT-THE BEACH, THE LEISURE CENTRE, THE MAIN DRAG, THE CINEMA COMPLEX AND FAST-FOOD JOINTS, THE LOCAL BARS AND SHOPS, CHURCHES, LIBRARY, CIVIC CENTRE, PARKS, the restaurant, 

The hotel had a central location within walking distance of so many attractions. Further, it was really close to Cleethorpes has to offer as well as the pier and entertainments.

Well, it was a really good stay of one night. The hotel had indeed a convenient location near the roundabout. Moreover, it was really close to Lincolnshire, the seafront and BY FOOT-THE BEACH, THE LEISURE CENTRE, THE MAIN DRAG, THE 

I enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast with meats and melon, as example. The location was particularly good for me as it was close to cafes on route, restaurants, pubs, leisure centre, cinema, miniature steam railway and lovely walks along the nature reserve and the 

Loved its very nice and courteous staff.

The total stay was very positive on this visit. The location was great, and we could reach an outdoor swimming pool by walking. The property was set in a lovely area.

Have spent our 2 nights here lovely, it was ideal for our purposes. Every member of the staff was well experienced and knowledgeable. The setting was amazing, very close to sea and the restaurant in the evening. Moreover, it was 3 km from Blundell 

Incredible central location and delicious and great breakfast. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Sussex Recreation Ground. Exceptionally clean and well-designed unit with an excellent view, a lovely double bed, as for instance.  

The breakfast was great, sensational with lovely views. The hotel was in a central location in the area for several years. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, will be back.  

The units are airy, new-fashioned with a seaview as well as modern large bathroom.

Charming old-world ambiance with attentive and pleasant staff. Classy restaurant with delicious food and proper silver service.- Some parts of the hotel have been newly decorated and updated.- The location offers beautiful sea views.- 

Everything was fine, met every demand, and the stuff where caring and knowledgeable people from the same receptionist. The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. The location was unbeatable, 

Homey and fairly clean place, nice view out to sea and promenade. Sensational breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. Good customer service provided. Not to mention good wifi! What a really nice stay, nothing too much trouble.
